Johnson & Johnson Ad Campaign Looking for Real Patients – Must live in NY
We’re casting a Johnson & Johnson Ad Campaign and
looking for real patients to share their stories of diagnosis and survival. We know sharing these types
of stories is a sensitive issue and we will handle each person with care. If
anyone is interested, they should send us a picture along with a brief
description of their story. We’ll be in touch to schedule anyone that qualifies
for an in-person audition in NYC.
Heart Event Story – We’re looking for a real patient that suffered a heart event and would like to share their story of survival. Please briefly tell us about your experience and send a picture with your contact info.
Diabetes Story – We’re looking for someone that was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes and would like to share their story. Please briefly tell us about your experience and send a picture with your contact info.
HIV+ Story – We’re looking for someone that was diagnosed as HIV positive and would like to share their story. Please briefly tell us about your experience and send a picture with your contact info.
Fertility Story -We are interested in a fertility story,in which a woman had difficulty having a baby but ultimately was able to because of In Vitro Fertilization or other methods. Please briefly tell us about your experience and send a picture with your contact info.
Pediatric Leukemia Story -We are interested in speaking with a child between 6 and 15 years old, who is willing to talk about their experience fighting Leukemia. Please briefly tell us about your experience and send a picture with your contact info. Parents please contact us first.
