Vitamin Enriched, a real people casting company, is looking for people who are living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) , and their family caregivers, for an ALS Association Public Service Announcement (PSA). We are casting in the NY Tri-State and Boston, MA surrounding areas for a series of scripted spots which will share the stories of families living with the disease. Skype interview date: Friday Dec. 22nd 2017 (Let us know if that date doesn’t work for you. We’re flexible)
Shoot date: One day between Jan. 06th – Jane 09th
Shoot location: New York or Boston, MA areas (depending upon where you live)
Payment: $500 honorarium is offered to the families who book the spots.
Usage: the video will be used all media, in perpetuity.
