This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to Casting real people and Actors, and Vitamin Enriched Casting Inc (“Company”) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include https://vitaminenrichedfilms.com/. The Company’s application is a Casting Calls application. By using the Company application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Your photo
- Your personal story for casting purposes
- Other items that may include photos, materials that may identify your likeness or details about you for casting calls and auditions
The Company may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to submit to our casting calls, These may include: (a) registering for a casting call; (b) entering a casting call, sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special opportunities from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Use of your Personal Information
The Company collects and uses your personal information in the following ways:
- to operate and deliver the services you have requested to be a part of like casting calls and auditions
- to provide you with information, casting opportunities, or services that you request from us like casting calls and auditions
- to provide you with notices about your status in like casting calls and auditions
- to carry out the Company’s obligation for a casting search,
- to notify you about changes to our Casting real people and Actors or any products or services we offer or provide through it
- in any other way we may describe when you provide the information regarding casting calls and auditions
- for any other purpose with your consent.
- The Company may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other casting opportunities or services available from the Company and its affiliates.
Information You Provide
We collect information that you voluntarily submit to us. For example, we collect information when you contact us to submit answers to a casting questionnaire, respond to an opportunity to be cast in a commercial or film, or e-mail us to provide the information requested for any casting call. The information we collect may include information that identifies or could identify you (whether alone or in combination), such as your name, email address, or physical address. With your explicit permission, we collect information that personally identifies you including your photograph, likeness, image, voice and/or statements (collectively, “Likeness”).
Sharing Information with Third Parties
Vitamin Enriched Casting does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
Vitamin Enriched Casting may share data with trusted partners to help perform decisions regarding casting calls and auditions, casting analysis, send you email, provide an update or request more information, or arrange follow-up auditions. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to discuss casting calls or you booking the job, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Vitamin Enriched C Casting may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Company or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the Company; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Company, or the public.
Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our records at any point
- Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
- Email us at any point to make this request.
Children Under Eighteen
Vitamin Enriched Casting does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.
Parental Consent Regarding Casting Minors
Only a parent or legal guardian (or a professional representative acting with the explicit permission of a parent or legal guardian) of a child under the age of 18 years old may provide information regarding that child for potential casting opportunities, or for any other purpose. If the child is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian (or a professional representative acting with the explicit permission of a parent or legal guardian) must affirm that the information they are sharing is made with the knowledge and consent of the parent or legal guardian of the child, and consents to the release of the child’s Personal Information consistent with the terms and conditions recited in the rest of this Policy.
External Data Storage Sites
We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted. They are acting in good faith to have your information
Changes to This Statement
Vitamin Enriched Casting reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. For example, when there are changes in our services, changes in our data protection practices, or changes in the law. When changes to this Policy are significant, we will inform you. You may receive a notice by sending an email to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our Vitamin Enriched Casting Inc, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the application and/or services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
