Casting for a 3-4 Piece Jazz Band Who can Improvise / Pays $5,000 – NY
Vitamin Enriched, a real people casting company, is casting in the NY Tri-State area for a 3-4 piece Jazz band who can improvise. Ideally, we are looking for a band that has a drummer, guitarist and keyboardist with one other instrument, but are open to other variations. We are casting for a group that plays together and can improvise for a video for a social media company. If this sounds like you and your group, we’d love to hear from you!
If selected, the shoot date – Friday June 18th in person. (MUST be in the NYC area)
If selected, the band will be paid $5,000 total: includes the session fee, usage, in perpetuity buyout of performed and improvised music.
Usage: The Client shall be the exclusive owner of all copyright and other rights in and to the Project and the Materials and will be able to use them forever and throughout the universe, and to license others to use them, in any manner The Client wishes and in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered or developed, and may delete, edit, change and/or rearrange all or any portion of the Materials. Usage in perpetuity.
Cancellation or Postponement of the Project. In the event The Client requests that the Project be rescheduled to a later specified date than that set forth herein (“Project Postponement”) or that the Project be cancelled in its entirety (“Project Termination”), The Client shall notify Talent in writing. Provided that Talent has not breached its obligations under this Agreement, Talent will be entitled to the following compensation in case of a Project Postponement or Project Termination: (a) Talent is entitled to receive 50% of the Fee should The Client cancel or postpone the Project ten (10) or more business days prior to the day Talent is scheduled to appear for the Shoot; and (b) Talent is entitled to the full Fee should The Client cancel or postpone the Project less than ten (10 ) business days prior to Talent’s Shoot day.
