✨ CASTING CALL – HUDSON VALLEY FAMILIES WITH 3 BOYS FOR A COMMERCIAL ✨ (OR FAMILIES AS EXTRAS)
Vitamin Enriched, a real-people casting company, is looking for families with 3 boys who are local to the Hudson Valley area for an upcoming commercial for a mortgage company. We’re searching for fun, expressive families where ideally two boys are ages two to three years old, and the third boy is between five and eight years old. If your family has great energy and feels comfortable on camera, we want to meet you! Also, if you don’t have kids this age, but are interested in being an extra, please fill out the form and we will be in touch.
Requirements: Families must be local to the Hudson Valley area, have three boys ideally within the age ranges listed above, be comfortable on camera. All talent must be eligible to work in the U.S. If selected, minors must get a work permits, and a custodial bank account.
Auditions: Nov 21 or 24 via zoom or you can submit a video of your family. Fitting: TBD possibly the day before in Hudson Valley area – likely Kingston or Hudson. Shoot: 12/9/25 — one day in Hudson Valley area – likely Kingston or Hudson. (shoot will likely only be 4 hours)
Payment details (per family member):
This is a non-union commercial shoot.
Shoot payment: (if selected) $650.00 payment per 8-hour Work Day – (minor’s hours will be per NY Child Labor Law) *The shoot will likely only be about 4 hours*
Overtime Rate: Hours worked beyond first 8 will be paid at time and a half for hours 9-10 and at double for hours 11-12 in 15-minute increments
Fitting Fee: $50.00 payment for 2-hr fitting tentatively scheduled for day prior; time exceeding 2-hrs will be paid at straight time in 30-minute increments
Usage Fee: $3,500.00 payment if performer appears in final Materials
Renewal Option: Option to renew for a consecutive one (1) year term for payment equal to the initial usage fee, at sole discretion of advertiser; subject to agency fee if applicable
Print Only Renewal Option: Option to renew Print Use Only for a consecutive one (1) year term for a fee of $1,500.00, at sole discretion of advertiser; subject to agency fee if applicable
Agent’s Fee: 20%, if Talent is represented and indicates verified Agent info on contract
Usage details:
Term: One (1) year commencing on client-authorized first use tentatively slated for February 8, 2026
Territory: North America w/ respect to paid media, Worldwide w/ respect to the nature of the Internet / New Media
Media: ALL MEDIA INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: TV/Broadcast (including, but not limited to, broadcast TV, cable, spot, syndication, and satellite) Internet/New Media (including, without limitation, on Advertiser’s social media sites, OTT/CTV, streaming and paid media) Industrial (any public space – including, but not limited to, in-store, in-cinema, in-flight, jumbotrons, digital OOH, tradeshow, etc.) Historical Use of materials anywhere for PR and sales purposes, award show submissions/use, intra-company, agency/Advertiser meetings and/or archives of website and social feed in-perpetuity. Print (including but not be limited to consumer magazine, consumer newspaper, event/trade publications, point of sale, direct mail, brochures, and other collateral materials) and out of home (to include but not be limited to billboards, bus shelters, wild postings, kiosks)
