Project Details:

Payment: SAG Scale, if selected, the shoot day pays a minimum of approximately $800 for the day per person per shoot day, (with the possibility of additional compensation, if you are cut into the final spot.)
Audition: in person any of these days: July 27, 29, 31
Callback: in person in August 8
Fitting: August 19 and 20
Shoot Dates: August 17-31, likely one shoot day
Location: New York City exact location TBD

Usage / Run

TERMS:

●Union Contract: 2025 SAG Commercials Contract

●Rates: Scale

●Session Fees: ○Session fees at SAG scale per OCP (for a 8 hour day or, if a minor, the applicable maximum work hours permitted for minors under applicable labor laws) ○Travel day (if applicable) at SAG scale per OCP ○Fitting (if applicable) at SAG scale per OCP

●Exclusivity (OCPs): One exclusivity category applies – see below. Casting Company to confirm Talent has no conflicts prior to booking. Exclusivity is payable in 13-week cycles. A minimum of one 13-week cycle applies (starting from the first session date). Additional cycles to be determined by Company; if additional 13-week cycles apply, Talent will be paid holding fees at SAG Scale. ○Category: (1) Artificial Intelligence Products or Services

●Usage: Usage and media is subject to change at Company’s discretion, but tentative plans include the below media categories. Payment of all usage fees is expressly conditioned upon and subject to actual inclusion of the Talent in the Campaign, and no usage fees/residuals shall be due if the Talent is not actually included in the Campaign released publicly by or on behalf of Company in the relevant media. ○Streaming digital, 1 x 13 week cycle ○Traditional digital (incl. Paid YT), MPU ○Broadcast, 1 x 13 week cycle

■ Class A ~ 40 expected airings

■ National Cable 1 x 13 week cycle

■North America (U.S., Mexico, Canada) ○Industrial, MPU

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

●Company will supply SAG contracts and applicable tax documents.

●Completed SAG contracts, timesheets, and tax documents are required for Talent payment.

●Talent and Agents should not invoice. Payment will come from Talent Solutions.
