Casting Kids & Young Adults for a Rare Disease/Condition Awareness Holiday Campaign – PAID

Vitamin Enriched, a real people casting company, is seeking kids and young adults aged 12-17 nationwide who have been diagnosed with a rare disease/condition. We’re looking for confident and outgoing kids/young adults who aren’t afraid to be in the spotlight. With an ability to say lines and take direction and are comfortable sharing their stories and experiences. Let’s shine a light on these incredible kids/young adults and their stories! 

The casting is for a heartwarming holiday campaign featuring kids/young adults with rare diseases/conditions as the stars. The campaign, for a NY hospital, follows their journey of coming together to save the holidays. It’s a fun and supportive story with a focus on empowerment and awareness.

Dates and details for the commercial:

• This is a non-union commercial
• Auditions: Week of Sept. 16th. via Zoom *If under 18, a parent or guardian must be available to be in the room with the child auditioning. 
• Callback: Week of Sept. 23rd via Zoom *If under 18, a parent or guardian must be available to be in the room with the child auditioning. 
• Shoot dates: Oct 10-15 Young adults / parent and child will be needed for all days in person in New York City on set.
• Potential fitting date: TBD

Those selected for the holiday commercial will be paid the following rates

• Shoot day payment: $1,500 +20% (10 hr day) per day (depending on child’s age) 
•       Overtime payment:  1.5x 11-12 hr  ($200/hr) 
•       Overtime payment 2x 12hr + 
• Buyout payment $2,250  +20% (buyout is paid if you appear in the final edit) 
• Fitting Fee $400 (paid to those who need to do a fitting for the commercial)
• Travel days – $500 per day  (if necessary) 
• Commercial usage – 3 Months Broadcast NY Region / 1 Year Digital Worldwide / 2nd year option @ +10%
• No exclusivity
