Casting Coffee Roasters in the Philadelphia Area for an Online Video Series And Collaboration

Vitamin Enriched, a real people casting company, is looking for coffee roasters in the Philadelphia metro area for an online documentary series which will profile coffee roasters, in partnership with a high profile coffee appliance brand. 

We’re looking to feature local roasters who exemplify the small batch spirit with unique roasting techniques and dedication to sharing great coffee. We’re hoping to extend an opportunity to select participants to collaborate on a limited time run of coffee to be sold nationwide. 

If you’re passionate about what you do, and are located in the Philadelphia area, we want to hear from you!       

Casting Remote Video Interview Date (15-20 minutes): Week of August 19th by appointment.

Callback: Either remote video or in-person at your business (TBD). Mid-late September. (If you are scheduled for a callback, we may ask to buy some of your coffee beans and pay to have you ship it.)

Shoot: 1-4 days of shooting between December 2019 – March 2020.  Exact dates TBD. Likely dates are as follows: 1 shoot day during the week of December 2, 2019; 1-2 shoot day(s) during the week of February 10, 2020; 1-2 shoot day(s) during the week of March 23, 2020. (You may be asked to participate in a criminal background check.) 

Shoot Location(s): Roaster’s place of business (ie, roasting facility, coffee shop, etc.) in Philadelphia and at brand headquarters in the Northeast (exact location to be disclosed once Roasters chosen). 

Payment for video shoot: Payment: $3,500 / day 

Usage: Social (paid), Digital (paid), PR for 2 Years (This does not include TV)
