Casting Latinx Families where Parents have an accent when speaking English – Shoots in Portugal (Must have valid passports)

Vitamin Enriched, a real people casting company, is casting families of Mexican, South American or Central American descent with 2-3 kids for a commercial. Kids must be between the ages of 3 and 18. The commercial is featuring families taking pictures while on vacation. Production company can be revealed along with client at the callback if talent agrees to sign an NDA. Requirements:

– Parents must have a Mexican, South American or Central American accent when speaking English.

– Family MUST be of Mexican, South American or Central American descent only.

– Both parents must speak Spanish and English. They need to be fluent in Spanish, feel comfortable speaking English.

– All family members MUST have a valid US passport and be available to travel to Portugal during the shoot dates window.

CALLBACK: via Zoom on either, Jul 7-9
FITTING: July 15- 22 in Lisbon, Portugal
SHOOT DATES: July 15- 22 in Lisbon, Portugal (Likely a one day shoot per person. Must be available all dates within the shoot/travel window. )
SHOOT LOCATION: Lisbon, Portugal

COMPENSATION:

● Session day rate: $750 (+20% agency fee, if applicable)

● Wardrobe Fitting: $100 total for wardrobe fitting only if fitting is required prior to shoot day.

OCP Usage Fees Fee: $5,000 (+20% agency fee, if applicable) ○ Extension Option: Option to renew above media for 13 months at a time for up to 5 additional years ● Extension Fee: +15% increases each year ● U.S. TV Option: ○ U.S. TV Option Media: All Broadcast Television ○ U.S. TV Option Term: 6 months from first air date ○ U.S. TV Option Territory: U.S. only

● Media: All media, including CTV/OTT (i.e, exhibition via an internet-connected device or equipment used to view content via the Internet, including content distributed via OTT, i.e., exhibition via the internet in a live streaming or video-on-demand format, e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, on any device) and permission for third party retailers and carriers to use the materials in-store and across online retail, but excluding Broadcast Television (i.e., exhibition via any and all forms of traditional television broadcast including via cable, satellite, broadcast, over-the-air, or antenna, and including so-called free on-demand catch-up and stacking rights associated with subscription cable offerings)

● Territory: Worldwide

● Term: 13 months from first public exhibition date (with perpetual internal use, awards shows, and public archival, i.e., assets remain in-feed but no reposts or paid media after foregoing term ends)

Project: An audiovisual campaign, including all edits, cut-downs, tags, revisions, versions (including localized versions and retail/carrier tagged versions) stills, and screengrabs

U.S. TV Option

○ U.S. TV Option Media: All Broadcast Television
○ U.S. TV Option Term: 6 months from first air date
○ U.S. TV Option Territory: U.S. only\\\\\
○ U.S. TV Option Fee: $4,000 (+20% agency fee, if applicable)
○ U.S. TV Option Extension: Option to renew U.S. TV media for 6 months at a to a total of 12 months, at +15% increases for each optio\}

● Worldwide Broadcast TV Option

○ Worldwide Broadcast TV Option Media: All Broadcast Television
○ Worldwide Broadcast TV Option Term: 6 months from first air date
○ Worldwide Broadcast TV Option Territory: Worldwide
○ Fee for Worldwide TV Option: $6,000 +20% agency fee, if applicable)

■ Worldwide Broadcast TV Option Extension: Option to renew worldwide, linear TV media for 6 months at a time, up to a total of 12 months, +15%

If Talent is required to travel to the shoot location on a day when no services are rendered to arrive for Talent’s scheduled shoot day, production would book travel (in consultation with Talent) and Talent will receive $300 per required travel day (no agency fee).

Exclusivity:

Product Exclusivity: Talent will not participate in any ads, promotion or publications for mobile phones, mobile phone accessories and/or mobile phone services (e.g., Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint), headphones (including in-ear headphones), tablets, and/or smartwatches, worldwide, for 6 months following the first public exhibition date of Campaign or, if Talent is not featured in the initial publicly launched Campaign assets, 3 months from Talent’s shoot date.
