Vitamin Enriched, a real people casting company, is on the hunt for talented individuals of Japanese descent who speak fluent Japanese to star in an exciting new campaign set in Spain. Dates & Details:
Exact dates TBD. Potential travel dates may be as early as 5/23 and as late as 6/3. Must be available for the whole window. 5/23-6/3. Likely one shoot day.
Auditions: Via Self Tape or Zoom between May 2 – May 6
Callback: Via Zoom on May 14
Fitting: In Spain between May 24 – May 25
Shoot dates: In Spain TBD, must be available within the time range of May 28 – Jun 2
Payment / Usage details:
If selected you are paid for travel days: $500 per travel day.
If selected you are paid for down days: $500 per down day
If selected you are paid for shoot days: $550 USD per shoot day for 8 hours. Overtime to be paid at 1.5x (ie. $104 USD +20% per hour) for 9th-12th hours.
If you are cut into the final published edit you are paid a usage Buyout: $10,000 USD buyout fee, For the avoidance of doubt, the usage buyout will only be paid if Talent makes it into the final published edit. No usage buyout to be due if Talent does not make it into final edit.
If selected you are paid for your fitting: $150 fitting fee for up to 2 hours. No separate fitting fee due if fitting takes place on a down or shoot day.
Option Fees:
Option 1: Option to extend Broadcast Media for 3 months with exclusivity:
Worldwide: $4,000 ; +10% increase for each subsequent renewal;
EMEA: $2,500 ; +10% increase for each subsequent renewal;
APAC:$2,500 ; +10% increase for each subsequent renewal;
NAMER (ie US, CA + MX): $3,000 + 20% agent fee (if talent is represented); +10% increase for each subsequent renewal;
Option 2: Option to extend Non-Broadcast Media for 3 months without exclusivity:
● Worldwide: $3,000 + 20% agent fee (if talent is represented); +10% increase for each subsequent renewal;
EMEA: $2,000 + 20% agent fee (if talent is represented);+10% increase for each subsequent renewal;
APAC:$2,000 + 20% agent fee (if talent is represented); +10% increase for each subsequent renewal;
NAMER (ie US, CA + MX): $2,500 + 20% agent fee (if talent is represented); +10% increase for each subsequent renewal;
Materials: Unlimited assets (including stills, screengrabs, videos, gifs, etc.) produced during the Term, including new bespoke edits, cut-downs, tags, revisions and versions (including localized versions for foreign markets and retail/carrier tagged versions). For clarity, Materials may include assets for other Client products and services (including Client brand sizzle videos for keynotes, PR purposes, and other use cases in accordance with the terms described below).
Media:
“Non-Broadcast Media”: All paid and unpaid media now known and hereafter devised, including but not limited to:
Internet and digital: Exhibition, on a paid or unpaid basis, via the internet, including via apps, websites, email, digital banners, search engines, social media platforms (including social media channels owned and operated by third party retailers and carriers), online retail (including on third party channel), live streaming, and all forms of Over the Top media (OTT), and via all manner of devices, including via Connected TV (cTV), mobile, laptop/desktop, and tablet;
Industrial: Exhibition via all forms of media at internal and external events (e.g., trade shows, awards shows, conventions, conferences, sales meetings, sponsored events/conferences), internal corporate use, in-store/retail (including third party retail), in-cinema, and in public spaces that reach consumers (ie OOH/DOOH), including, but not limited to, billboards, jumbotrons, bus shelters, taxi toppers, in-stadiums, and in-flight;
PR and Awards: Exhibition via press kits, press releases, press conferences, awards submissions, case studies, earnings calls;
In-Product: Exhibition within any Client product for either promotional or retail purposes (e.g., use of a Materials in Tips mobile app); and
AR and VR: Exhibition via augmented reality and virtual reality; but excluding Broadcast Media (as defined below).
“Broadcast Media”: Exhibition via any and all forms of traditional television broadcast including via cable, satellite, broadcast, over-the-air, or antenna. For the avoidance of doubt, Broadcast Media does not include cTV or OTT.
Territory: Worldwide
Term: Broadcast Media: 3 months from Client’s first public and intentional use of the Materials, with options to extend;
Non-Broadcast Media: 8 months. Perpetual internal, PR/ award shows, “fixed” media, and public online archival use (i.e., assets remain in-feed but no reposts or paid media aer the foregoing Term ends).
Exclusivity: Exclusivity only applicable to Talents who are either holding or interacting with the device. All other Talent will not be held exclusive:
● Categories: ○ Mobile phones, mobile phone accessories and/or mobile phone services (e.g., Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Orange, Vodafone); and ○ AI-enhanced consumer search engines or substantially similar or related products and applications, including artificial intelligence features and image recognition functionality (e.g. Open AI, Meta, Microsoft, etc.);
● Term & Territory: 3 months worldwide, starting from Client’s first public and intentional use of the Materials
Options:
Option 1 – Option to extend Broadcast Media for 3 months either worldwide, or EMEA, APAC or NAMER (ie., US, CA, MX) only. Right to renew each up to four (4) times.
Option 2 – Option to extend Non-Broadcast Media for 3 months either worldwide, or EMEA, APAC or NAMER (ie., US, CA, MX) only. Right to renew each up to four (4) times.
