Casting Skilled Improvisors for Burger Restaurant Commercials – Must Eat Meat

We’re casting three roles (non-union) and looking for super skilled Improvisors for burger restaurant commercials.  Please email your picture, resume and the role you are applying for to info@vitaminenrichedfilms.com Please make sure you are available for the dates, and have reviewed all of the details. News Anchor – Male/Female // 35 – 45 yrs old // Any Ethnicity 

News Anchor – Should be confident, assured type who can be funny without speaking. Established in their news career, they take their job seriously and approach each day with earnest and gravity. They are not stuffy or boring. When things go wrong on set, they’re the ones to keep it together and get on with the news. Looking for someone who can deliver deadpan, understands timing and pacing, can be funny quickly and funny without words. Think Leslie Neilson meets Ron Burgundy – John O’Hurley – Chris Parnell – Steven Colbert (Colbert Report). (looking for men or women.)

MUST EAT MEAT (BEEF) AND SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES (DAIRY, GLUTEN ETC.).  WILL BE EATING HARDEE’S / CAL’S JR. BURGERS AND FOOD IN THE SPOTS.

All performers should be non-union and local to the NYC Tri-State area. All performers must be legally eligible to work in the United States. 

Rate:  $750 -12 hr session fee / $8,000 usage (this is the usage for 8 spots total)

News Co-Anchor – Male/Female // 25 – 30 yrs old // Any Ethnicity 

News Co-Anchor – This person is the foil for our lead anchor’s serious attitude and experience. The person is confident to a fault, slightly naive without being ditsy, and truly trying their best. Someone who acts first and thinks later..Someone who is likable but kind of out there. Like an Amy Poehler or Kristen Wiig (looking for men or women). MUST EAT MEAT (BEEF) AND SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES (DAIRY, GLUTEN ETC.). WILL BE EATING HARDEE’S / CAL’S JR. BURGERS AND FOOD IN THE SPOTS. All performers should be non-union and local to the NYC Tri-State area.

Native/Fluent Spanish Speaking News Anchor – Male/Femlae // Latinx/Hispanic

USAGE DETAILS FOR 2 SPANISH SPOTS:

One (1) session fee payment paid at a rate of $62.50 USD per hour for up to twelve (12) hours of work on the Shoot Date(s), for a total session fee payment of $750 USD. For purposes of clarity Performer shall receive no less than twelve (12) hours pay on the Shoot Date(s) plus 20% agent fee, if applicable. In the event of overtime on the Shoot Date(s), $62.50 USD per hour, for hours worked beyond the first twelve (12) hours (calculated in increments of 15 minutes) plus 20% agent fee, if applicable. Performer agrees to film/record an unlimited number of scripts during the Shoot Date(s). – Usage Fee: $2,000 USD plus 20% agent fee (if applicable), paid if Performer remains in the final Materials, and upon first public use of Materials with Client’s authorization, per usage terms outlined below. (TOTAL for 2 spots) – Fitting Fee: $50.00 USD plus 20% agent fee (if applicable), per two (2) hour fitting, provided that the wardrobe fitting day(s) falls before the Shoot Date(s). Wardrobe Fee: $50.00 USD plus 20% agent fee (if applicable) for wardrobe if provided by Performer. – COVID Testing Fee: $50.00 USD stipend per test or test day + 20% agent fee. Performer acknowledges these risks and assumes responsibility for performing services and understands that in the event Performer tests positive for COVID-19 and/or does not pass as Health Questionnaire prior to performing services no compensation will be due. – Cancellation Fee: In the event of cancellation, a one (1) time fee of $100.00 USD plus 20% agent fee (if applicable) shall be paid if Performer’s services are canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Shoot Date(s). – Agent fees will only be due, per above, if the Performer has agent representation. USAGE: Materials: Client shall have the right to create from the product of your services at the Shoot Date(s) an unlimited number of advertising, marketing, and promotional/publicity Materials of any kind, including, but not limited to, audio/visual commercials, digital assets, etc., each with unlimited lifts, edits, and versions (collectively, the “Materials”). – Initial Term: Six (6) Months from first public use of the Materials in the Media with Client’s authorization. – Option Term: Option to extend the Term for additional consecutive Six (6) Months period at cost plus 10% of all prior terms + 20% agent fee, if applicable. – Territory: North America (United States, Canada, Mexico and their respective territories and commonwealths, and possessions), Australia, New Zealand and the Asian Pacific Zone. ; however it’s understood that the territory will be Worldwide for all internet, digital, social media, and PR uses. – Exclusivity: Quick Service Restaurants – Media: All forms of TV (including, but not limited to, free television, cable, pay-per-view, on-demand, and satellite, collectively, “Television Media”), all forms of internet, digital and new media (including but not limited to OTT, paid digital media, streaming media, pre-roll, banners, social media, websites, emails, in-app content, podcasts, on mobile phones and gaming devices and any other existing or new digital platforms whether now known or hereafter devised, collectively “Internet/Digital/New Media”), all forms of industrial (including, but not limited to, in-store, in-stadium, in flight, in cinema, digital out of home, military bases, trade shows and at any events advertised by Client, collectively, “Industrial”), and all forms of public relations, press and publicity of any kind (collectively, “PR”), and client and agency archival use and award shows. – In addition, during or after the Term, the Materials may be used anywhere in the world by Client and/or Agency for intra-company, research, award, file, reference, internal company meetings and/or publicity purposes (including without limitation, on an archival portion of Client’s and Agency’s website), and may remain on social media and YouTube in perpetuity provided that Deliverables may not be re-promoted or reposted after the Term.

GENERAL PERFORMER AGREEMENTS:

Performer understands that performing services may involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of any illness, personal injury, bodily harm, emotional distress, and/or psychological harm that Performer may suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of performing services during the COVID19 pandemic. Performer acknowledges these risks and assumes responsibility for performing services and understands that in the event Performer tests positive for COVID-19 and/or does not pass as Health Questionnaire prior to performing services no compensation will be due. Performer also acknowledges and agrees to accept delivery of, as well as return, a drop kit of recording equipment and props, and releases the Agency and Client from all related liability. Additionally, in order to promote their own safety and the safety of others who are involved in the Production, Performer agrees that while they are at any Location or otherwise performing services, Performer shall follow all COVID related Health & Safety guidelines provided by the Production Company and Agency, where applicable.The workday shall begin upon the Performer’s on set/location sign-in based on his/her given call time (if late, the workday begins upon such time as talent signs in) and the time spent in wardrobe/hair/make-up.shall be included in calculating the agreed up workday hours. Furthermore, time spent in travel to and from set/location and/or time spent eating meals shall not be included in calculating the workday hours.

It is understood and agreed that the usage fee shall constitute full and complete compensation for unlimited lifts, edits and versions of the Materials, including foreign versions.

Should Performer’s name, voice or likeness be used in any manner which falls within the jurisdiction of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract, Performer agrees to accept payment in accordance with the minimum scale rates in the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract in effect at such time and that any such usage of Performer’s likeness shall be subject to all the terms and conditions of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract. Further, Performer agrees to sign and return a SAG-AFTRA contract in accordance therewith.
