Casting Toxic Workplace Culture Stories

Vitamin Enriched, a real people casting company, is casting Nationwide for Toxic Workplace Culture stories. We’re casting a series of documentary-style videos about workplace culture and how to improve it. We’re looking for a range of stories from all types of working professionals from the corporate world to small businesses. Maybe you’ve experienced a dehumanizing dynamic, or your story involves a hilarious miscommunication or a micromanaging nightmare. Whatever your toxic workplace culture story is, we want to hear about it. 

We will not ask you to reveal the company name or any individuals’ names. You can also keep your name confidential.  The point of this doc is to see what happens when things go wrong and investigate how business leaders might take these lessons to create a regenerative workplace environment. The stories we’re interested in are vulnerable, funny, honest, and specific. There are two ways to be selected for this project. Main Story Teller – we would ask you come into the studio, share your story on camera and participate in a reenactment or your audition video would be licensed for use in a montage video.

Rates, Dates & Usage: 

• Auditions: Zoom auditions will take place at some point during October
• Shoot dates: End of November and early December in NYC. 
• Main storyteller – Fully compensated
• Intended usage:  All media related to the documentary distribution, promotional materials, Internet, and social media for the life of the project.
