Casting for a father with mild to moderate hearing loss (HOH) who has a daughter for a TV Commercial – PAID

Vitamin Enriched, a real people casting company, is casting a father with mild to moderate hearing loss (HOH) who has a daughter and  a passion for capturing life’s precious moments with his/her family for a leading global company. We are searching for people on the West Coast, and across the country. Let’s share your inspiring story!

The ideal person would be a parent who has mild to moderate hearing loss, has at least one child (8 – 16 yrs old), lives with his/her family and enjoys documenting family moments through videos. We are looking for someone who is comfortable sharing his/her documented moments and experiences as a mild to moderate HOH parent.

Dates and details for the commercial:

Auditions:  ASAP. via Zoom *We would want to audition your whole family together in the same room.

Callback: TBD, if needed.

Shoot dates:

• Oct 13 travel
• Oct 14 fitting
• Oct 15 likely shoot
• Oct 16 likely shoot
• Oct 17 likely shoot
• Oct  18 travel

You and your family will be needed in person in Los Angeles on set. If you are not local to Los Angeles, the client will travel you and your family there. Your flights, hotel, transportation and per diems would all be covered by the client.

Those selected for the commercial will be paid the following rates:

• If cast, performers will get paid at SAG Scale 2022 New Structure Commercial Contract rates. (You do not need to be an actor or a member of SAG to apply).
• If selected, the shoot day pays a minimum of approximately $780 for the day per person per shoot day, (with the possibility of residual payments, if you are cut into the final spot.)
• Intended Use: Network/Spanish Language Program, Wildspot X all broadcast markets, Cable X National OR_Local, Internet (traditional digital + streaming), Foreign Exhibition, Theatrical & Industrial
• The children selected would need work permits, and a Coogan account, which the production team can help facilitate. 
• Exclusivity: Consumer electronics and consumer technology products (If you are holding this conflict, please just let us know.)
• There are teacher’s on set to make sure your children stay up-to-date with their school work.
