This was a very tough casting, but with the right amount of planning and the proper resources we made it a huge success. We had to find a New York City business owner who’ was currently hiring for a job and willing to conduct their interviews in a glass box in the middle of Rockefeller Center. Let’s just say that many people laughed at us. Ariel Shur of ABS Staffing Solutions was up for the challenge and she did a really impressive job. Not sure I could of handled that.
