There’s something pretty compelling about putting real customers in a commercial. People who genuinely love a brand, use its products, or have a personal story about why that brand matters to them can bring an authenticity to advertising that’s hard to manufacture.
But how do you find those people? And more importantly, how do you know they’ll be interesting on camera?

Casting real customers isn’t as simple as posting a casting call and hoping the right people respond.
